Job Description / Responsibility
- HR Issues: Preparing HR Policies & HR planning, Handling Recruitment and selection, Training and Development, Employee relation and disciplinary procedure, Performance Management. Compensation & Benefit Management. Monitoring all sort of HR, Admin & Compliance related issues : Recruitment, Selection, Compensation & benefit, Provident fund, Gratuity, Maternity benefit, Earn leave settlement, Pay Roll, Group Insurance & claim processing, Leave management, Disciplinary action, Show cause, Warning letter, Suspension, Termination, Dismissal, Health & Safety, Worker motivation and training, Periodical check of Compliance related issues. Process all type of employee assessment like probationary assessment, yearly assessment, assessment for promotion etc. Conduct periodic Performance Appraisal.
- Training: Ensure and carry out all training including orientation program for new employees, Fire & safety training, PPE Training, Chemical Hazard, PC meeting, First Aid training, CTPAT training, Environmental training, Health and hazard training, motivational training and Fire drill etc . Also leadership training, time management, efficiency management training etc for senior level. Ensure proper documentation of each training. Improve communication and morale by coaching and counseling employees.
- Compliance: Implement BLL, WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, Technical & CTPAT Compliance requirement as well as monitoring and handle all Social and Technical audit as and when required. Having up to date knowledge about Alliance & Accord standard. Keep the factory always ready for Social & Technical Compliance audit, Buyer visit as well as Govt. official visit. Take part in Risk assessment, Fire Safety Assessment, Building Safety Assessment & Electrical Assessment. Taking corrective actions on the report of Auditor.
- Implement and update Human Resources Information System (HRIS), an integral part of ERP.
- Ensure to maintain good relationship between management and workers.
