Job Description / Responsibility
- Direct & Control overall Administrative activities;
- Responsible for staff/worker recruitment, attendance, authorization and management of overtime, leave management, legal compliance/code of conduct, grievance handling, general administration, etc.
- Should always be capable and confident in maintaining balance between manpower supply and demand of the individual division within the soonest possible time.
- Handling disciplinary & grievance issues as per law and resolve employees grievance.
- Prepare, review, monitor and uniform practice of company policies throughout the division.
- Closely maintain liaison and coordination with compliance department in implementing guidelines and other statutory requirements to ensure the social compliance standard throughout the department.
- Be able to provide prompt support to compliance and other departments of company on the issues related to social compliance and different requirements.
- Be proactive and self motivated to identify/asses and ensure all safety measures pertinent to fire hazard, employee first aid facility, structural safety of the establishments, overall security of company lives and properties.
- Be vigilant to take proper maintenance of all company vehicles and monitor all movement of transportation in and out of the factory in a very cost effective and efficient manner.
- Review time to time, the different reports i.e. attendance, absenteeism, late attendance, new appointment, turnover, training & development, man-hour, overtime, disciplinary status and other report as submitted by the managers.
- Always maintain neat and tidy work environment all over the division and ensure all required health and hygiene related factors at all times.
- Significantly contribute to maintain a congenial work environment among all line managers and departments.
- Should be able to establish a close contact with all relevant law enforcing agencies and ventilate their support as and when required.
- Should be able to deal with and resolve day to day problems/complaints, dissatisfactions/discomfort of both workers and management staff independently.
- Should be able to motivate workforce of the division during any crisis/stressful situation and be capable to bring in change in their attitude/behavior and style of interaction in a most productive and acceptable manner.
- Should be able to demonstrate leadership quality in leading/directing/controlling/managing and monitoring the work activities of all admin people engaged in different units under the division.
- Should be intelligent, skilled, courageous, and bold in facing and tackling any unwanted/undesired industrial disputes at any time independently.
- Should able to prepare any reports independently.
- Should always be concerned and proactive about creative ideas, highlighting and protecting company interest.
- Maintain healthy relation among all departments under the group for better functioning of the organization.

- Retired Major and equivalent rank of others services are encouraged to apply
