Job Description / Responsibility
- Analyzing training/learning & development needs for worker and staff
- Developing annual training plan and arranging training as per the planned schedule and delivering training daily.
- Updating training record of employees
- Assist in developing training material both for staff and worker
- Building intimacy with the worker and production staff to earn their trust
- Maintain updated information of training resources and materials, training institutions
- Producing Learning & Development initiatives to continually improve standard of services, productivity and morale of employees
- Regularly communicate with Team Members and maintain good relations under guidance of the reporting manager
- Coordinate with Department Heads or Supervisors to identify organization training needs meet departmental operating objectives and achieve performance standards
- Monitoring the progress of the training plan of each department to ensure that the Learning & Development objectives are being achieved

M.com or Minimum MBA from
any reputed university with good result, preferable education in HR
field or Major in Human Resource Management.
