Job Description / Responsibility
- Maintain the plan, design & construct.
- Preparation of individual project site plan including design & layouts.
- Monitor proper Supervision of construction work on regular intervals.
- Maintain liaison among site, vendors, architect, consultant and management.
- Solving any construction related problems that arise at the project sites.
- Preparing work plans and periodical reports.
- Provide guidance to the workers and other project staff for proper implementation of work
- Able to estimate the total materials requirement of the projects and assess item wise cost involvement on the basis of architectural, structural and interior drawing and specifications provided by the design unit.
- To work with construction & design team and understand the Architectural, Structural and interior drawing of this project.
- Able to check & verify construction bills.

B.S.C/ Diploma in Civil
engineering from any recognized institution of engineering universities.
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 6 year(s)

Textile (Spinning, Weaving, Knitting, Dyeing/Finishing)
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 23 to 38 year(s)
- Should have excellent computer skills
- He should have hands on experience in Auto CAD
