Job Description / Responsibility
- As per quality manual must run the quality control system.
- Present company in all the areas with corporation and professional way.
- Prepare the daily Inspection schedule for QC�s according to Inspection request.
- Review all the AQL inspection reports including pass, fail and pending prior to notifying HO.
- Review with Technical Team any Failures.
- Chase locally or with HO any Pending AQL Reports.
- Conduct Inspections for VIP and vital styles.
- Identifying skills gap of Team, thereby increasing the effectiveness of training to reduce failure AQL rate.
- Give Technical Support in identification, analysis and solution of Quality Issues originating from the Manufacturing Process.
- Communicating on a daily basis to Head Office for all Technical issues
- Update and Implement documentation procedures as per HO Memorandum and notification.
- Define Quality Procedures in conjunction with QA Team.
- Promote Quality Achievement and Performance Improvement throughout the Organization.
- Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that Targets are achieved.
- Implement and maintain that all Inspectors are following the Inspections ethics laid down in all memorandums and notifications.
- Update and implementation of all documentation procedures as per memorandum and notification.
- Defining quality procedures in conjunction with QA team
- Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization
- Conduct New Factory Technical and THSS Evaluation Audits.

Additional Job Requirements
- Knowledge of modern and updated QA procedures and techniques.
- Must have 05 years working experience in same position.
- Should be well organized to face complicated quality standards of reputed buyers.
- Should be able to handle a number of factories product qualities independently.
- Able to communicate & coordinate with highly professional senior management team members of foreign nationality.
- Good spoken skill in English and Bangla.
- Hardworking with perfect judgment skill of complicated work issues.
- Well known about buyer`s Technical compliance requirements & implementing process/Procedure.
