Job Description / Responsibility
- Draft and prepare several types of HR Related Letter eg- Selection, Appointment, Confirmation, Extension, Promotion, Transfer, Warning, Show Cause, Enquiry Notice & Report, Dismissal Letter and so on.
- Ensure timely evaluation of performance appraisal.
- Handle matters relating to disciplinary action confirming the Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and other applicable rules.
- Deal With final settlement of resigned/terminated/dismissed employes.
- Payroll and Sweater Factory salary administration.
- Maintain and update personal files.
- Attendance, Leave & Holiday Management.
- Employee relation, training and development and organizational development.
- Job Location: Valuka, Mymensingh
