Job Description / Responsibility
  • Draft and prepare several types of HR Related Letter eg- Selection, Appointment, Confirmation, Extension, Promotion, Transfer, Warning, Show Cause, Enquiry Notice & Report, Dismissal Letter and so on.
  • Ensure timely evaluation of performance appraisal.
  • Handle matters relating to disciplinary action confirming the Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and other applicable rules.
  • Deal With final settlement of resigned/terminated/dismissed employes.
  • Payroll and Sweater Factory salary administration.
  • Maintain and update personal files.
  • Attendance, Leave & Holiday Management.
  • Employee relation, training and development and organizational development.
  • Job Location: Valuka, Mymensingh
